Our main station is in Lisbon at Entrecampos. We also operate a shuttle from Lisbon Airport and a counter in Setubal.

Available with prior reservation, Monday to Sunday: 00:00 – 08:59 and 18:46 – 23:59.
December special hours
24 and 31 December: 09:00 – 13:00 and 15:00 – 16:59, with out-of-hours service by reservation from 00:00 – 08:59 and 17:00 – 23:59. On 25 December and 1 January the station operates by out-of-hours reservation only, 00:00 – 23:59.

Collection instructions
You are met in the arrivals hall, at the meeting point next to the Vodafone store. As soon as possible after landing or after collecting your baggage, call AUTOPORTRENT to confirm your arrival and the meeting with our representative. You are then driven to the Lisbon – Entrecampos station, where you collect the vehicle. The car is returned at Entrecampos, after which you are driven back to the airport.

Reservation confirmations
Confirmation emails for pick-ups in Setubal are not sent on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Customers are advised to switch on the mobile phone given at the time of booking as soon as possible after landing, so our representative can reach you at the meeting point.
